Welcome to the Sekondi-Takoradi Sister-Cities Support Fund E-Commerce Platform (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, operated in partnership with Stanbic Bank Ghana. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform: The Platform is established to raise funds through e-commerce and donations to support development initiatives, including but not limited to the reconstruction of the Regional Prosthetic Center and the Accident an Emergency Center at Supormu-Dunkwa, under the Sekondi-Takoradi Sister-Cities Support Fund.

2. Partnership with Stanbic Bank Ghana: All financial transactions are facilitated in collaboration with Stanbic Bank Ghana. Users making donations through the Platform agree to Stanbic Bank’s applicable banking and transaction policies.

3. Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Donations and Payments: Donations made through the Platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any donation or contributions made.

5. Use of Funds: Funds raised through this Platform will be used exclusively for projects under the Sekondi-Takoradi Sister-Cities Support Fund. Project updates and financial Reports may be published periodically to maintain transparency.

6. User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on the Platform including logos, images, text and software remain the intellectual property of the Sekondi-Takoradi Sister-Cities Support Fund and may not be duplicated or use by any Third Party. We will terminate without our approval or consent. Any violation of the intellectual property herein mentioned shall be the grounds for legal action by us against any person (s) that violate this.

REFUND POLICY

Donors are NOT entitled to a refund once payment has been made successfully.
